SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 7-12 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, delivery takes about 3-5 days. We are only shipping domestic.
Once the order is fulfilled, a tracking number (if purchased, otherwise will be sent standard) will be sent to the e-mail address the order was placed under. Pre-shipment status DOES NOT mean the order has shipped. It only means that USPS has been notified of the tracking number (mailing label).
**Orders are subject to ship before or after an estimated ship date.
(Made to order and CUSTOM products are excluded from the standard shipping time frame and will take *3-5 weeks to prepare before shipment. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THESE ITEMS TAKE TIME TO MAKE.
WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS ARE THE SAME. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD failure to do so will result in order cancellation.
**To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
