Due to the fact that all items are custom made, we, unfortunately do not offer any returns or refunds. We pack all our items with extra care and attention, doing our best to ensure that the items you've purchased arrive to you in the best possible condition. If items are damaged due to MAIL CARRIER HANDLING, please notify us right away. Please provide us with evidence of damage, (EX: photo) and it will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

However, to ensure longevity of jewelry, we advise to handle the items with care. Although the color will not change, it is recommended to keep jewelry dry and away from water to keep crystals shiny.
